Each room is unique and unconventional: its color and composition have been selected for your comfort while honoring Alsatian architecture. Each room features an independent bathroom with a bathtub, handheld shower, and hairdryer, except for the 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility which have a bathroom equipped with an Italian shower. Our hotel rooms can accommodate from 1 to 8 people and are all non-smoking.

We had dinner one evening in Ribeauvillé and wanted to come back the next day.
The menu included a succulent tarte flambée + salad and a good dessert, all accompanied by a good pinot gris.
We recommend it.
We loved this restaurant, which we visited several times during our stay. We were not staying at this hotel and discovered it by chance. The staff and the owner are adorable. The dishes are very good and the value for money is really top-notch… I recommend the duck breast, you won’t be disappointed by the quality and quantity served 😁 and the onion soup is a REGAL!
As a local, we’re wary of touristy restaurants. This was a very pleasant surprise. Liver dumplings very well received, gourmet. Salad served very well, with just the right seasoning. Blueberry tart with whipped cream, well garnished. All very reasonably priced (and served at 2:30pm). It’s all good for me

Typical Alsatian place, quiet.
The owner is like I like them, she doesn’t have her tongue in her pocket and won’t bend you over backwards, which doesn’t take anything away from her friendliness, you can feel that she knows how to run her business, an iron fist in a velvet glove, the setting is very nice, as are the staff, we were here for 1 w.e. with a friend, and we had breakfast, which was copious and very good.
I recommend this establishment.
